*An Ordinance of 1394 in 2019, (Concerning "The Bakshali" the "Dresden-Codex" "Liber Abaci" and the "General Algorism" from 1000 to 1600 A.D.)*Since the 17th century, the Arabic and Greek symbols used in our number system have gotten so complex that I've reverted to an additive system of counting using bundles of quinary 5 and bars and dots, and a system using raised fingers, lotus flowers, coiled ropes, basket handles, and vertical lines. I use these to keep track of blankets, gold, and rations of beer on parchment paper. I've added some Roman Numerals to make it compliant with the Holy Roman Empire. I'll try and add in a positional notation zero and a placement system later. This is the best thing since the Monad in 500 B.C. and Zero in 4 A.D.! I just need to write a letter to the King and Queen and we'll have our new system. We'll leave the Liber Abaci to the need to know basis. Scary
Sexual orientation : This Song
Think it's "shout" not "shot"
Ford v Ferrari?
From the 60s to 2019 all artist take notes
This song kicks ass even today
this song gave me goosebumps
Are we allowed to recognise as a nation we have a stab at some half decent music? Seems the world never wants to recognise that?
This song would easily qualify as modern art. The MoMA in NY must have this shit in their music archive by now.
This song is a always in a wiseguy Mafiosa movie Love it

It's not about Vietnam?
I like the song but I think you still should vaccinate children
But when the face of SextusWas seen among the foes,A yell that rent the firmamentFrom all the town arose. On the house-tops was no womanBut spat towards him and hissed,No child but screamed out curses,And shook its little fist.XXVIBut the Consul's brow was sad,And the Consul's speech was low,And darkly looked he at the wall,And darkly at the foe.``Their van will be upon usBefore the bridge goes down; And if they once may win the bridge,What hope to save the town?''XXVIIThen out spake brave Horatius,The Captain of the Gate:``To every man upon this earthDeath cometh soon or late. And how can man die betterThan facing fearful odds,For the ashes of his fathers,And the temples of his gods,XXVIII``And for the tender motherWho dandled him to rest,And for the wife who nursesHis baby at her breast,And for the holy maidensWho feed the eternal flame,To save them from false SextusThat wrought the deed of shame?

I personally prefer Goodfellas, but this song is implemented much better in The Departed
How the hell does a song from the 60s sound so modern???
Hey singers of today! This IS how it's done. A true Masterpiece!!!

*Merry* as in Christmas.
This song makes me want to go to war with any little prick that gets in my way

Good fella's 😎
I will always associate this song with helicopters in battle in Vietnam. Remember hearing on the supper hour news American troops were fighting guerillas I thought as a small boy they are killing primates
At 3:02 you can hear mick jagger cheering on merry clayton
Save this supreme video of Gimme Shelter ,
@Brinq x Khaos 'Who here in 1969 though?' ME and plenty of others still rocking
I think it’s unhealthy how much I listen to the stones
Mick jagger saying wooo at 3:02
Great.Bewitching song and clip.
@Deep Heat Sorry.
Why is my question ?All these stupid kiddy band's or girls with attitude and no fucking talent ,God what have we done to deserve this I am sorry i will repent and go to Sunday church just give us back our artist's. Thank you GODYOUR WELCOME
I think the bands *WERE* the gods!
Deep Heat so what happened, did your ‘gods’ die or what
@Alban1 you’re to blame Yeah they did! By the late 70's a lot of switched no businessmen realised there's money in them thar kids! & started artificially creating bands rather than letting them grow organically & through actual talent. This has developed to the extent that some fat old old witch or wizard who can hoof around the stage a bit whilst warbling a half decent tune from back in the day to win a talent show is considered above someone like Jimmy Page or Bowie in a lot of dopey kids minds!
Deep Heat maybe that’s the problem , the dying happened when they reached that position thinking they’re gods , than naturally comes the realization ‘why dance around for these lower life forms , humans’
The saddest part of this song is that it's absolutely true
It's about Richard's paranoia over his latest Swedish squeeze making the beast of two backs with Jagger whilst filming in the South of France?
Deep Heat I thought something completely different
@Natsu Dragneel Lot of people do but that is what Richard's reckons + there was an actual storm in London at the time he wrote it.I think it does clip into other crap that was going on at that time but Anita Pilanesberg (said Swedish Squeeze) was the main muse. As it turned out he was right, Jagger WAS knocking her off!
Deep Heat 😭👏🏽😎
Who else is exited for The Irishman?
Jack Perry huh
I heard you paint houses
Sadly....according to The Cineranter he told in his review and Q&A this song won't be in the movie

A timeless classic or masterpiece not sure what to say about this song.My all time favourite Rolling Stones song.Merry Clayton nails the backing vocals.
This song will forever remind me of throwing down with Rock Band on the Playstation 2 with my room mates in college. Many a drunken night did we rock out to this song. Great music is great music and this, my friends, is a masterpiece.

It’s 2019. Still my favourite after 50 years. The best intro into a song ever written. Merry Clayton inspired.
If you listen hard enough you can hear Ray Liotta
This played in Dynasty season 2 finale hehe
The voice crack adds so much unappreciated emotion to the song. I’m happy they kept it in.

The kind of song nobody could make on 2019 without feminazis and sjws complaining and being offended by everything specially by Rape, Murder, War and Chilfrends.I miss the good old days.
