I think it is tragic that so many people are taking this so seriously and getting into deep discussion about the meaning of the lyrics. Just loosen up and enjoy it.

Despite all the flack this song is getting, I can't myself to hate it. I guess I have a thing for droning songs with jangly guitars and unironically sentimental lyrics. Those background vocals harping on one tone by the end are pure genius in my book.Of course, it helps that Mike lays down one heck of a groove here. And, oh yeah, Kate is nice too.
