I still remember the day I got the news, sometime late in the evening probably (I am from India). I set up a Hybrid Theory and Meteora playlist after that and listened to it on a loop till morning next day. It was a strange feeling people, it felt like I had lost a friend and was trying to re-live his memories through all the verses that he had put down.

i think Chester didn't just kill himself because he was depressed , i think he wanted to show something , he wanted to show how serious such conditions as being depressed and anxious are , when you go back and listen to all the songs from Meteora and Hybrid theory , you take them really seriously now , you understand all the lyrics, and one can't keep but ask himself : why didn't we see his suicide coming ? I think one of the reasons why he took his own life was to make people realize ,he wasn't joking with all the lyrics, they weren't just words , the pain of depression is real ,that's the last impact he wanted to have on this world before leaving , making people aware of this ...RIP Chester

I just have to say i love this band as much as you all do and regret and miss him as well,but........i see in many other YouTube videos how they saw the.....and i Quote...Empyness in his Eyes,why the hell didnt his band members see it and his closest friends and do something about it,like the fans saw it at the last concerts for christ sake,now we all have lost a beautiful singer. ?..........
