I am walking down the aisle at my wedding to this song. Even with all the amazing songs out there nowadays, this song is still amazing!

I'm pretty sure the verses are honest and the chorus sarcasm. It's saying that happiness isn't easy or the result of luck.

I gotta say this is an abomination of a truly great song written by Diane Warren, arranged and sung so perfectly by Marshal Crenshaw. I think Miss Underwood is fine singer but whoever tweaked and arranged this version should get a time out! Just listen to the original version from the album "Good Evening" and I'm sure you'll agree. Nuff said!

Also, when I was young, I did notice that some hearts really did have all the right breaks - always thought that was so unfair haha.
