my boyfriend is gonna be in the military, we plan on getting married eventually but im afraid of losing him one day, in fact i have nightmares of losing him. weve been off and on three times the first time was just because i was 16 and dumb the second time was because he told me he was joining the military and i began to have these same exact nightmares and couldn't continue living with the pain but here i am again back with him and never gonna leave him again no matter how bad these nightmares get

I come from a military family. Military brat I also married into it as well. This hits home hard because in the last year our family is has had 28 members of our family deployed to war zones. 12 stationed all over the world. 5 will never make it home. My Marine officer husband is one them. Killed in action overseas! Our daughter just turned two a few months back. She will never know her father expect through pictures. She never met him face to face. Later this month my brother in law comes home from a deployment. My daughter will get to met her uncle for the first time
