It never fails. Every show I go to, no matter how many times I have seen them, when he hits the part, "where it takes meeeeee", I get chills. And not even just live.. I got them listening to this. I always tell friends of mine who aren't really into Pearl Jam that they have to at least experience it once.I really wasn't a fan until I saw them live. It sounds so cheesy but it was like a religious awakening.

Who needs singing bowls when you got EV perfect melodic vibrato. Felt like my chakras, aura, spirit, energy, the stars, and even my future are now perfectly balanced after listening to this song.

Not consciously I would think. Not by Eddie at least. He mentioned having to learn the Doors' songs when he sang for them at their induction to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame ceremony.
