I think it's about a failed relationship between a man and a woman. Both loved each other but the women got flashback of her earlier relationship with a man and can't handle this and leaves his new partner. So I think this song shows how does it feel when you got pushed away after this unnecessary broken up relationship due to this. Sorry for my english

I love this song. I heard a local garage band sing it in 95 and I couldnt find it on any of their original studio albums I believe it's on a greatest hits box set . Nirvana is amazing to me bc they have such a distinct sound yet the guitar chords I'm told are simple. Every aspiring teen I knew could play the beginning of teen spirit which sounded a little to me like Boston's more than a feeling . That's why music blows me away bc they're only so many chords to do
