Big-time Duets are so often disappointing: This masterpiece is anything but.In addition to featuring some of the greatest, most musicianly singing I have ever heard Cocker do, the entire concept of this cleverly-reharmonized 12-bar Blues tune is designed, brilliantly, to exploit the remarkable similarity of timbres that both he and the King have in their singing voices.Case in point:Cocker sings the first verse; he then sings the first line of the second verse, after which the King takes it over; then there's a lot of trading off of phrases; finally the King sings the first phrase of the last verse and Cocker grabs the baton and finishes the tune.Three of the greatest voices in Blues, Rock, and Pop History:B.
