My hearts too broken for love songs, but I'll be damned if I ever skip a song written from the great Cat Stevens. One of the last things my heart can truly enjoy.

I am coming a little bit late to Yusuf's musical return from the 2000's, but wow, he didn't lose a step with his incredible musical gift. I love the melody and lyrics of this song and find myself humming and singing it quite often, as great songs usually make us do!

I love the poem. I hope I am understanding the poem correctly. The poem is EXACTLY what it is. It is one whole and complete motif. If it is supposed to have contingencies of meaning, I wouldn't like it as much. It is so clean. A ZEN cool drink of water. Nothing before, nothing after. Truth enough to ba wonder-full peom. And, don't worry Zen isn't a religion it is a physical activity of not thinking, rather -just belong with the world.

Yusuf Islam Cat Stevens is a role model. His songs are timeless. They have very nice words/messages. Thank you for your art and thanks Allah (God) for your heart/soul.

x00p3, I am sorry you feel that way, but hope you still enjoy all the songs from the past, they have the same message of love as his more recent songs. I like pink rose more then yellow, but when I smell the blooms they still smell like roses. Cat/Yusuf is still the same man of peace and love.

I have looked online for songs he wrote to his wife, but couldn't find any information, any clue of songs he wrote to his wife. Where did you get this information. I'd love to know what songs he has written to her.
