UPDATE : Neighbors in the next town filed a formal complaint with the AUTHORITIES about me playing Tool loud at 2 am Now I play Tool at 4 am...PROBLEM SOLVED
What would you rather listen to: music inspired by the muses, or music inspired by the author's last failed relationship?
I swear to GOD! If I see another grammarly ad when I am trying to replay this song i'm gonna bitch slap someone!
Im 65 & This Was The Best Sermon Iv Ever Heard... :) Long Live 'TOOL
https://youtu.be/d-9ubROeMMMY’all should give this a listen. 20 minute prog rock song I wrote.
9:19Never fails to make me smile.10:00Well... that just makes me happy.
Epic masterpiece. Epic. Perfect...
I was lucky enough to go see Tool for the first time in Cincinnati, Ohio. most amazing thing i have ever seen.
Tool is Pink Floyd of metal music.
Why nobody cares about that clipping?
Kinda fee embrasSed Listening to tool, like if my dad were spiritual this be his music attempt to explain my younger mountain top experiences. Something too are stronger then word. Maybe not this. There own hands in on it a lot be nice to hear the original materials. Stinkin fist was so Raunchy.
Can't even make it through 1 tool song without YouTube auto pause asking if I'm still listening.
Bleed the freak
favorite tool song of all time
Wakes up, grabs phone makes a call. Finds old trips, boots, spiked bracelets, pulls out the dozen chain then fits them. Grabs hair gel and spikes hair. Washes hands and proceeds outside. Starts moshing with the old family.
3.100 taylor swift fans just wasted their goddamn time here.
I always thought that the TOOL were waiting 10000 days to release another album, but it was actually 4876 days :)
She.loves
Is it just me or does this Melody/rhythm kinda sound like 8Mile?
The main riff does a 33, 33, 25, 33 beat. Sorry to ruin the magic with my numbers.
Everyone gets weirded out when I’m listening to this song. It’s probably because while listening, my spirited is elevated and I begin slowly ascending into the air.

The glorious one
MÉXICOTOOL HERE!
Listening to Tool from Libya :)
I am 9and I love the song so much
God... I F'kn LOVE this band ! 💯
I must admit, the album is not what I was initially expecting. It’s perfect music for me to listen to while I’m studying though.
I love you people who listen to Tool!I have a couple of friends who also adores Tool. You appeared to be really wise and intelligent folks. It's always really interesting to talk to you guys. (I address this to all Tool fans)Enjoy the new album!

Tool is the only metal music I can actually meditate to, it invokes feelings I think I haven't experienced before. Other music just seems empty after that. So cerebral, I love it so much.
plez have mercy try taking a shit to it, it’s an even bigger cerebral hit.
F#cking strong !Love this ∆
Truly, the masters have returned.
The night this album was released I was in Arizona in the middle of thunderstorm. It was so surreal.
Been a fan since “Undertow” was released. ... You can hear the maturity of Maynard’s mindset reflected in these songs. ... Cultivating a vineyard requires an ample amount of time, a substantial degree of patience, and an incalculable finesse for horticultural tactic (replete with a somewhat foundational understanding of meteorology, so that one can detect weather changes and, thus, measure somewhat of a trajectory as to how every batch might turn out) as a means of ensuring that one’s investment in the winery business can bring about an anticipated profitable return. Even if it’s just for the love of making fine wine, it still entails that one be crafty at seeding, fostering, and harvesting. Now then, transfer that skill set, passion, and talent on to music. ... This song, along with the entire album’s track listing, is meticulously thought out. Well planned, neatly arranged, finely orchestrated, and meditatively written with strength behing the lyrical oration. This was well worth the wait. Like a fine wine. Ice wine. Or champagne.Cheers! 🥂
He has a Joe Rogan interview in like 2012ish or so. Where Maynard reads a poem that was given to him. Many elements of that poem appear on this album. Thought out is an understatement. Refreshing to see someone genuinely appreciate the complexity of his work.
Im a recovering addict clean almost 2 years and the internal vision of what im doing to myself in recovery leaves me with goosebumps i cant explain...im a musician a poet and an artist...the transformation i know that is taking place inside of me is so cleansing...im not a die hard tool fan but there are some songs that can stop me in my tracks and pause the world to where everything around me is motionless and alive wring my heart bring me to tears and wash me clean...this is one of those songs
I just took a fat RIP of sum fire
Your grammar, punctuation and syntax all suck ass.
This song is brilliant. It is everything I’m about❤️
Im just here as the ONLY non tool fan. I waited awhile to listen to it just because of all the hype of the "long awaited record ". And once again im disappointed. this record was NO where near a 15 yr break!!! Maynard is overrated!!!!!! DANNY CAREY is the best part of this band hands down!!
That riff at 9:20... F'n BEEFY!!
QUIEN QUE HABLE ESPAÑOL ESTA ESCUCHANDO ES JOYA???
Deeply imbued Christian Themes. In my opinion, the members of Tool are theologians first and foremost.
Listening to Tool is a dilemma. On one hand, you want to indulge in their masterpieces, but on the other hand. the other bands start sounding bland.

this sounds like it comes from another dimension
Aenima your inner dimension ;)
If Mozart had a time machine to travel to the year 2019 to listen to the most sophisticated piece of music, I would recommend him to listen to this track.
Have you seen Mr deeds? The fat dude at the fancy restaurant? Mozart was would say genious genious genious.
its not sophisticated Adam and the guys see things that are right in front of our face but cant see
There is a very popular thought in today's world that people lost a taste in music and that's why they are listening to rubbish. On the other hand, it's the matter of fact that bands that were great back then don't create high level product anymore. For example, Metallica. as if their last album sounds heavy but any experienced fan can tell this is not kind of music they were producing during Kill em' all, Ride the lightning or Master era.Having Fear inocullum as a leader of the charts is a perfect illustration to draw the conclusion - people are still in need of beautiful music and if those once popular bands still make a good music, people are going to listen to them
Good song! Really unique beat & voice.
Tool is not just a prog rock band....Tool is a phenomenon.....Tool is a paradigm shift in music.....Tool is a music concept beyond our normal senses!!!!
Girl: I listen to Tool.Me: Can I have your number?
Jan 29th coming to Nashville, time for number 7
🔥 🔥 🔥
Got a Hootie and the Blowfish ad inbetween Tool tracks. Talk about harshing my vibe. Man.
This song makes me pour my milk before my cereals.
evolving
Congratulations, dumb fuck.

Having Tool Orgasms since I was 12.
Fucking maynard addictive ❤
In my opinion this is one of the most spiritual songs of all time. I didn't think it could get any more divine than Lateralus and now an equal if not slightly better composition with the ability to induce an abolute divine spiritual experience. Tool and "Dead Head Chemistry" pokes more and more at the ever stubborn skeptic inside of me.
8:48 holy shit
Adams tone and guitar 🎸 playing is seriously outstanding ,crisp but still very tool!!!
Not an album, an experience.
This song is the perfect explanation for a DMT trip
This whole album is meant for DMT tripping my guy. The vocal distortion and synths in the middle of Invincible is literally like listening to deems. That vocal distortion is definitely meant to mimic the entities. The sound panning that they use very frequently is one of the best Psychedelic tools in music. All the whirling sounds in their interludes mimic being sucked through the tunnel during DMT. Thats why so many people dont understand this album at all. It is 10000000% meant to be paired with drugs.
Listen to the songs in order from shortest to longest: Culling Voices, Fear Inoculum, Pneuma, Invincible, Descending, 7empest. 👍
So damn good its stupid
When I listen to Tool I forget about all the other shit going on!Love the journey
Just watched TOOL perform this live. My god, what a sound! Loud, crisp, & tight. Chills the entire time. The crowd exploded when they started playing it. We all knew the band was about to blow the backs of our heads off...
The new schism !!!!
Can't stop listening. Successfully driven the wife and kids out of the house on my day off.
See it live. Was the best experience ever in my life
Bill Hicks is Alex Jones and David Icke's brother from another mother. It's all a movie but life is groovy. Alex Jones is Adam Jones' alias or is that just a Robert Anton Wilson conspiracy theory? Wilson was writing about conspiracy whilst Icke was still playing football. The revolution will be trivialised but don't watch TV coz tragedy don't thrill me unless there's a comedy included. I got rid of my TV anyway but use interactive TV called the internet. Life is just a dream and Bill Hicks is alive and well thanks to time Warner. David Icke is a former insider who worked for the British bullcrap corpsoration. Wake up remember who you are. Well well another David Hicks reference....
I've woken up, I've remembered what came before. What now? Please find me.
Waking up is a series of revelations. Its just the beginning, and it doesnt seem to end. What do you remember?
@S M G I remember our genesis. I remember what came before. I want to go back there.
The drums sound totally like ISIS
God damn
I went ahead and saw tool last night in Detroit and it was the best show I've ever seen in my life
they should let me do the art
End the narcissism and give thanks to your Creator ya retards!
10:38Best gym song of all time
THIS IS SERIOUSLY A FLAWLESS WORK OF ART!!!
Their last two albums have sucked ass. Sorry folks, but their peak ended with Lateralus.
Saw them last night in Pittsburgh, fear inoculum, pneuma, descending, invincible, chocolate chip trip, 46&2, aenima, parabol(a), Jambi, stinkfist, and 7empest. Best show I ever fckn seen
Oh yea 100% agree , i was at their concert here in Oklahoma 2 wks ago. . Its bad ass 👏 🎸📢

What a masterpiece.
Fear Inoculum, Culling Voices and Invincible can be instant classic. This and 7empest are growers.
This was such a trip to hear last night
Never heard any thing better than tool, and I understand it.
Serious question here....can someone go insane from listening to the same song over and over, daily? Not joking, help.
I do enjoy longer format auditory expressions such as this. However...... I must admit my desire to experience more concise forms of musical expression.
this album and Maynard's other band a perfect circle new album is very good
Truly God inspired writing. Brings tears to my eyes. What a song and band. My love for Tool is beyond spirit.
can't spend a single day without listening to this song at least twice...
Guilherme Godoi but ils the fisrst day
Hell Yes.
Stop reading comments. Put the phone down and listen.
Says the guy who took the time to NOT listen to tell other people what to do
Maybe he listened then wrote his comment.
I'm a fucker for doing this. and care less what anyone else thinks in real Life, so why even look at comments?
Just seen them in Cincy this past Tuesday night, still smiling ear to ear from this show! Second time I've seen them, last time was in 2008. The show was phenomenal!!.
