Donna Philben There's a movie called "Verdammt wir leben noch" from 2008. It's a film biography, Falco is played by the Austrian singer Manuel Rubey.

I don't even understand rock me Amadeus but it's one of the greatest song ever and falco was great.

You should read the translations then. Some of his songs have great lyrics as in example Rock Me Amadeus, Monarchy Now, Titanic, Wiener Blut. Most of them have a lot of black humor and are sarcastic. I'm german and understand every song perfectly :)

I wish iTunes would include more of Falco's videos, including this one, in their library. I'm surprised "Rock Me Amadeus" and "Der Kommissar" are not there. They were among his biggest hits, especially "Rock Me Amadeus", the one that became his first and only #1 here in North America and made him really famous worldwide.
