Her father were Spanish Jew which is called Sefardic Jews and if you know the history of the Spanish Jews that many years ago after the Spanish Inquisition many Jews had no choice but to fight for their safety and they had to run to Israel and many other countries . The Jews that were leaving in spain at that time were called Lavanos and they spoke lavano language and that now Jasmine is performing her songs in that language in memory of her ancestors . Also in Israel leaves a lot of people from all around the world.
