Absolutely amazing song, received the album from an auntie at age 12. Very Cool Auntie ! I'm from Honolulu so politically it blew me away. I knew nothing about what was going on in Northern Ireland. I ended up going to Ireland years later, made to Belfast, unknown to me, it was During the marching season, a girlfriend I hooked up with traveling almost got my Ass kicked smarting off at a fish and chips shop to Drunk blokes about the political situation (about what ?, ) who the hell knows ! I grabbed her arm, I quickly got us out of there ! of course We/She were drunk.

An absolutely amazing and chilling track by The Police. For me, it still stands out as their best single. I find that it brings me to a very nostalgic place in my life at the tender age of 10 at the time it was released.

I was a big police fan when i was 13. Bought all their fan booklets& singles & lps. Always felt this song was a hidden gem that people never knew about. Remember there was conversity over this too
