There was a lot of raw reality in this movie:- the love of a father for his child, and the sadness that he could not engineer a way to help her- death, it is always near and likely unexpected, and it takes away the people you love- we live taking risks, some more than others, and those that take the most risk bring out the best of what humanity can be.- those that understand the most are the most humble.Amazing what was done and how how this movie showed what it took from "the first man".Thanks too, to all the engineers, planners and people who made Apollo happen, plus those who made the movie.

First Man: The Right Stuff had an illegitimate child with the Hours. Neil Armstrong is a great person. Could an emotionally intelligent person pulled off this mission?Didn't know skipping off the atmosphere was a thing!

I had some problems with this movie, most significantly the way in which it seemed to frame the civil rights movement as the bad guys in opposition to space exploration, but this is a beautiful composition, and the film did a wonderful job of capturing the tension of this moment, even knowing how it would end.

Funny part... this was about a real event that happened 50 years ago.And another crazy fact is that the event that happened was so big and heavenly that there are some people that don't believe that happened. You can realize that it is the biggest achievement in the human history, leaving your birth planet and travel on a road that no one has ever been before, going through the unkown. That my friends is for the books and for the ages!

Brilliant movie in my opinion. I think most people over look this film because they expect high detail about the mechanics and realism. This movie also motivates me in a way, to focus on your target regardless the amount of pain you have to endure. Massive thumbs up from me!
