Boring. Saw Pantera many times as a young man. Damage plan was a vehicle to get the boys out on the road doing what they do but it wasn't going to top the charts. Doesn't really matter if your having fun and people show up. Seeing Pantera in the Cowboys, Vulgar, and Beyond tours at insane venues in my youth and the stories from those nights are hard to top. Dime and Vinny would have had a few gold records at least had they sojourned on and got chemistry in another band.Damage plan in my book was just testing the waters. Getting back into the scene and yes enjoying the record. But it was a C+ at best.They made it further than I did in my career but I'm still here and I know nothing but metal. I may die broke and penniless but I'm not in it for the money. I'm in it because Not many know how it's done and it's my duty to give people what rocks n roll and metal has given me. Pantera hit number one on the top 100 for months and proved that you can't kill rock n roll.Thousands of kids first picked up a guitar because they heard Pantera. It was Sabbath and then Metallica , Slayer, Megadeth etc for me. But it's the same blood.Drugs can really fuck up a band. Happened to my name. That and marriages, groupies, booze, egos.There should be term limits. Put out 3-4 amazing records and shut it down. After that it's all lawyers, arguments, missing your kids, getting fucked by anyone with a college degree in accounting or law. Kids are the big one. When you have them you realize how easy it is to die. You have to be there for them. And they are watching you. I could keep going for hours but I've taken enough of your time. Love your kids and pray that you don't turn having a few drinks into being a full blown alchy and then a user of pills and coke and then shooting heroin for decades. Hope to see you out there soon.

2004 seen these guys here in town I was getting my tickets outside the venue and the Band was outside chilling and said hi you doing great ...Dime was very friendly ...Missed big time ....

People watch some interviews from that time to learn why they wrote songs like this. This album has almost every sub genre of metal and rock. They said they wanted to play everything they likes since being kids, heavy and melodic, mellow and hardcore. But everyone can hate on this all they want so it doesnt matter, does it?
