I know I can stop timing that's what I'm afraid of when I started feeling my world shakers I have a very have my first almost near death experience
In a blink of an eye , dime was gone, by blant force trauma, to lead everyone to the moment of truth and finally to soul bleed. RIP.
Thank you dime and vinnie one for being so badass and 2 for helping me through alot of hard time much love and respect hope you both are being just as badass in heaven
Man, that whole section at 2:35 is outta control! Such a bluesy southernesque twang to it. The Abbott brothers at his best raising fucking hell!!! 🤟🔥
R.I.P. my brothers can't wait to be with the greats rocking out, dime vinnie, dio, randy, etc... so many great artist gone no wonder music music= shit.
Dat riff at 2:36
I fucking miss all the times as a child too much! It was so good being a child in the 80's, in a blink of an eye I'm in 2019! We're in a simulation I believe!
RIP Dime Bag
Again the old phrase holds true. You cant have one without the other. Rest easy Abbott boys.
just an amazing songand may it sounds odd but at 0:42 the style he sings reminds me of the first one piece intro in germancheck it out at 01:05 it kinda sounds similar. may just meru-clip.net/video/nZk9Nn-U9sM/видео.html

This song described my feelings from december 8th 2004 perfectly.
Rip
RIP Vinnie Paul and Dimebag Darrell. Damageplan rocking out in Heaven right now
Life is so fuckin short for some people, and others too long. Today is never promised tomorrow. Keep love alive !
vinnie Paul and Dimebag are gone from this earth but are probably planning on reforming Pantera as we speak
vinnie Paul and Dimebag are gone from this earth but are probably planning on reforming Pantera as we speak
Rest in piece Vinnie your drumming will be missed
RIP Vinnie... RIP Dime.
Only listen to Damageplan because of Dime & Vinnie, just love them, great guitarist & great drummer RIP Dime 😪😪😪😪😪
Brutally
13 years without dimebag unbelievable man I remember when he was murdered I was 7 it was a sad day for metal 😔
Vinnie and Dime were the best!!!
This sounds almost exactly like korn for the first half of the song
aint that the truth
Man they weren't kidding. The first time I saw Pantera I was 18, that was back in the year 2000. To me it's mindblowing how it's already been 16 years. At 34 now, it really seems like minutes as the years fly by. In 2000, I woulda said you're crazy.
Ah, me suscribí si
This song helped me through so much in difficult time.
Living clean. Being mean. Damageplan.
2005... discovering the wonder of the California medical marijuana system... (yes, it's amazing!)....2015...discovering the wonder of the Washington state recreational marijuana market....1985.... "dude, shit's gonna change!"..... and holy fu*k, if is didn't fuck"n call it... shit DID change!.... Mothafuckas!... I said things would change! legalization IS mothafuckin happeining! now it's just a matter of the "old skooll" gettin on board with the new reality. prohibition didn't end "all at once", states one at a time decided that it was total BS. Yeah, so, all you muthaf'kas who think that "prudence" is the way to go.....F'k YOU BITCHES!..... the "wasted" willl ALWAYS exist..... there is an insanity lcked DEEP withjn the human soul.... WE need to get F'd up.... really... research people, study cultures all around the world, throughout history.... humans NEED to get F'D up! disagree? please, reply and debate me!.SO, IN "THE BLINK OF AN EYE"...
Dimebag was gone in a blink of an eye. epic song.
Rip Dime
I never could get into Damageplan. As much as I love Dime & Vinnie I think they totally succumbed to the trends of metal in the early 2000's. You gotta give Phil credit, he stayed true to making uncompromising metal throughout his career. I wouldn't say Dime and Vince sold out but they definitely allowed themselves to be influenced by what was popular at the time.
I know that everyone have heard all about Darrell.... or at least seems so. But I can't forget him. To me it's impossible, and not only because my son's name be Darrell, but the dinamic, humble, charismatic, and supernatural gift to play like him. But, my today point is about this song. Pride was (I remember like was yesterday) and Crawl were my Fav. Now I've been grown, 10 YEARS later I can't hear this song along with "Soul Bleed" without feel a nude in my throath. I mean: that's shows how sensitive was. NEVER and NO ONE (I'm sorry Hendrix fans) can play guitar like Dimebag did. How certain and sad "Blink of an eye". Miss ya' master... getcha' pull and Cheers. Black Thoot Grin for sure.PS: I got this friends sttuborn that always telling me "Lachman sing more than Phil". You are CRAZY. Phil was a beast singing... a fucking bulldog.
Thank god Dimebag didnt get a chance to regress into nu metal shit. I know thats abit harsh but itd true
3 of my friends got in a wreck last night. One's dead, one not might make it, etc...this was the first thing that popped in my head.
This song sounds like Jonathan Davis and KoRn
NO. not the rev. NOT the rev. you could have picked Gar Samuelson, Clive Burr, Cozy Powell, John Bonham. but no. you picked the rev. I'm done here *shoots self*
@Bill Aden hell yeah the Rev with the rest of the legends. Legendary is legendary regardless of time period. A legendary personality doesn't just stop being so because one person doesn't think they should.
XD thats fucking awesome
how about a good healthy dose of reality!trust paranoid to think that when you die, you continue living...sheesh!
I know for a fact that Dave Mustain is a Christian he said it himself
Dimebag believed in God and so does Zach Wylde and alot of other metal bands or performers so if they want to believe in him why take that away from them and someone alts by displaying your comment. Atheists or satinists have there own beliefs or religion. As long as people aint cramming it down others throats theres nothing wrong in believing in something of your choosing. People don't go around and say Satan don't exhist or Atheists don't exist. Who cares what people believe in
i hate all those kids that mention all the legends with avenged sevenfold kids are you fucking serious dime burton and dio in the same band with the rev...
I guess you believe that enough to censor the word god so as to not use his name in vain.
In a blink of an eye and everything is erased :s
i love this fucking songis one of my favorites
hell yeah
Too bad that G*d does not exist.
Jimmy Page may be one of the fathers of metal but he is no match for Dime, I'm sorry, but dime Shreds way harder than Page, but page has more complex solos
the rev sucked, blatantly vitek on drums
this was 2004
I would suck Vinnie's cock. I mean it.
This may be one of the greatest things I've ever read! :D
yeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhh!! mother fuckers!!!!!! yeaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!! xD
@zacharybrown2003 This came out in 2004, but yeah, miss the good old days...
@muffinzilla The Ring Modulation, the Chorus, the Tremolo effect...and of course that tone! He REALLY was a true genius when it came to making a song sound THAT much better than what it was on surface with all those lil gizmos and fx! :)
@WataboutBob101 Fuck the rev. He couldn't be waterboy for the other 3.
