Extremly beautiful...
Its more like Malika feat Amy but ok
i have no idea what is going on here but i like it.
A lot of comments are funny to read. Obvisouly, this is not Amy singing the entire song, it's Malika. But you can clearly hear Amy in the background (check at 1:02 min). They're both in it, guys.
where is Amy in this song ;-;
Background vocals
what is Amy screaming in 02:58?
we love you
Pablo Castro'Take me with you'Continuation of the sentence 'and if youre leaving, take me with you
greaaaaaat
this is my favorite song in Aftermath :) it kinda reminds me of The Open Door style.
yes open door style:)but I mostly like Lockdown
Just how does this remind you of 'The open door style'???!!It sounds like freaking oriental...damages my hearing.
RockFa1ry lol, idk I personally like oriental music, it has this ethereal feeling to it. which kinda is what The Open Door is to me, it's full of these haunting songs like lose control and the only one, and this has the same atmosphere, at least that's how I found it. sorry if you don't like it.
It's my favorite too, and I also think its because of it's similarity to The Open Door
Same here dark brooding and sexy
éla é perfeita!! .e as músicas dela são perfeitas 😻💓🎶🎵

Rip, Amy Lee's music.
she's still making good music in my opinion, I really find this song similar to the open door style, and I really love it :3
rest in peace? she has JUST BORN. now she is able to be respected as an artist.
I respected her as an artist before.
+Deplorable Michael then you clearly don't know what an artist is
how do people not hear the difference in the two voices here? loll
right!?!?!? xD
Cause they fucking deaf! 😅
amy has always been my idol and i have been dreaming about us singing in arabic, haha crazy !! :D this lucky malika zarra made it <3 ... btw am i the only one who understands what she's sayin ? xD
Lrf Wha what is se saying?
Almost every part, Malika is singing, I cannot hear Amy Lee in the song, and also everything is Arabic by Malika Zarra
This is amazing. More tracks like this, please.
what's the genre of that music?
I thhink it would be consider "World" music.
thank you Tiffany!
+Pedro Rodrigues this is oriental music oriental ah's in the first but remixed
أنا عربية و ما افهمت شو كلمات الأغنية .. oh my god.. i'm arbian but i can't understand any thing from lyrics :S
اللهجة المغربية
Moroccan not Arabic
The english translation of the lyrics are absolutely amazing; kinda wish Amy sings it in English now :D
they're both singing haha =)
This is definitely not Amy Lee singing but I wonder what was her job in this song? Producer?
@Zhiar MerlinHe was not even talking to you...
@Alter wenkümmertderName to who then?
+Zhiar Merlin I was talking about the girl extremely obsessed saying that this is Amy lol
@Pablo Castro ah okay. Nvm then.
Zhiar Merlin she's singing in background 😂
I am loving this song. It's freakin' mysterious, and it makes me think of a vampire movie I watched called "Angels of Darkness". Or "Styria" in other countries.
Where is Amy!?
+Giulia Bala Background vocals
+Alfredo Romero sorry, it's long time ago 😂
Actually it's not classical Arabic, it's Moroccan dialect, and actually it's just a sentence repeating over and over:...بحال إيلا سمعت صوت مشية رجليك، ولكن غير قلبي..It's like I heard the sound of your footstep, but it's only my heart...But I don't get the last couple words, but it's definitely not as extended as in some comments here.
@Amine BEL This translation is the right one. I think the last words of the sentence are: "and if you're going, take me with you" ( which is "ou la ghadi dini maak" in the song).
Amine BEL ~ Beautiful!!
Amine BEL thank you for translation
It must be Alien language :D I'm arabic and I don't understand anything :D
Moroccan
The strangest thing is that I've asked Malika herself which language they sing in this track, she just liked my comment and gave no answer!
@Rafael Cevidanes it is moroccan arabic !!
@Rafael Cevidanes I thought I heard your footstepsاعتقدت اني سمعت صوت قدميكcoming up the stairs,و انت تطلع السلمBut it was only my heart,لكنه كان مجرد عقليpounding in my earsيطرق ادنيI thought I saw your lightظننت اني رأيت نوركflicker in the windowيتردد على النافدةBut it was only my eyesلكن كانت مجرد عينيreflecting my despairتعكس يأسيAnd alone I will wanderو اتجول وحديthrough the dark dark waterعير الماء الاسودUntil I collect every shatteredpiece of my broken heartالى ان جمعت اخر قطعة من قلبي المبعثرAnd wait for a reason to start againو انتظر سببا لابدأ من جديد
@Rachid Elassadi I transcribed the Arabic characters to the Latin alphabet and the lyrics didn't sound anything like shown, unless Arabic is insanely non-phonetic :O
@Rafael Cevidanes it's in Moroccan dialectal Arabic, pretty much different from the classical Arabic :)
+TheAtech7 it's Arabic, I'm a Kurd and I understand it lol.It's Morocco arabic
I'm a bit confused.
well malika is the one singing the arabic part and amy is doing the background voice hope i helped you😊
wat crap is dis?
your mom's crap
sadii007 h ask it
Love Amy Lee But not her me album. bi Want her deep dark soul and voice back!
morocco
I love it! as I'm a fan of both Amy's beautiful voice and a lot of the middle-eastern gorgeous oriental sounds :3 <3
What google says what the lyrics are..:I thought I heard your footstepscoming up the stairs,But it was only my heart, pounding in my earsI thought I saw your lightflicker in the windowBut it was only my eyesreflecting my despairAnd alone I will wanderthrough the dark dark waterUntil I collect every shatteredpiece of my broken heartAnd wait for a reason to start again
+KawaiiLeaf Nice lyrics, she should do an English version.
Leafff I thought it was "And wait for a reason to exist again".
I just discovered this in Amy Lee's album Aftermath, it's amazing, and i would like to know the lyrics, love from Morocco :)
