this means a lot to me because someone I know got drunk at a party and some dude roofied her then took her home. she woke up and called me, she was crying and literally could hardly get a word out, I tracked her phone (cause she had her snapchat location on) and found the area she was in, after waking around for a few minutes I found her and took her to my house cause her parents were more likely to yell at her than comfort her. She told me that she remembered turning him down, telling him no, telling him she was gay (which is true so to me that made what he did even more messed up), and so many other things but he wouldn't leave her alone. at some point he offered to get her a drink and she accepted the offer without thinking anything of it. after that she could only remember bits and pieces. the next monday in school the first thing I did was find him and beat the shit out of him. I was the one who essentially got in trouble but it got my message across and told him I knew. People questioned why I did what I did but I didn't tell them why because my friend was to broken down for that kind of attention on her and she was such a strong girl, she said she didn't want people to give her their sympathy. after she graduated she studied at college and became a therapist for rape victims and people who were abused and helped them get over the trama. the last I talked to her she had just helped a girl who had been raped leave the past behind and get over her suicidal tendencies.
