Seven sevdiyinde kusur gormez ve sevdigi icin her zorluga katlanir
I just love this song. I have no idea what he is saying or even which language it is.. I am thinking it is Turkish because of the script... It could be Persian.. but I do not know.. I love the feel of it.. the way it effects me .. in my heart.. I have listened to it so many times. If you can please give me the translation.. let me know what is begin communicated by the words too.
Turkish it is. "In the provinces of Yemen, (the mystic) Uwais al-Qarani (594–657) told no lies, ate nothing that was forbidden; he did not depart from the destiny he had from his mother's womb; on rough roads he went far; O Messenger, he was not found at home." Or something like that. (Google Translate benim arkadaşımdır!) He was killed fighting on Ali's side against Mu'awiya.
Oh thank you. thank you too for responding so quickly. I could feel the mysticism... it pulls the heart.. and touches the spirit... So I did recognize Turkish. I am glad. But I did not see the Yemen province connection. The mysticism of the music and the photography are exquisite .. like they are speaking to each other. I will appreciate it more now that I understand the message. Thank you. Didnt know about the subject Uwais al Qarani. Was he Sufi? Like Rumi?
