well im not sure why he used it but it is indeed a real 911 call...its been awhile since i heard anything about it but its on a hand full of youtube lists like "top 10 most disturbing 911 calls" and stuff like that, if you can find one of those that has it on there it should give you a pretty good idea of the story behinde it
