We went backstage and hung with him for a while; i sat on his knee as they chatted, and he led me back to the end of the room where his trumpet sat in its case. I tooted a few notes and her roared in approval, a huge smile across his face. I still have the program he signed.

Just been to see the Brighton Marathon at 11am and seen the leader run past - he was really quite handsome! - and the atmosphere is fantastic with all the supporters. Brighton and Hove at its best with all the spectators and makes you forget all the horrendous developments threatened at the King Alfred just along the road - please God they never get built! - just thousands of families and runners enjoying the day in the sunshine. Came home and played this as I love Louis. Such a wonderful sunny day and congratulations to all the amazing runners especially to that man in the rhinocerous suit - hope you made it home.
