I always thought Hey was his first recording in English, then come this. Obviously inspired by the Andy WIlliams cover, not bad really.

Julio Iglesias sang this lovely song FOR HIS FIRST WIFE, the legendary beauty ISABEL PREYSLER. This song and album 'Tema de Amor" was released in 1975 (correction). The two of them were married from 1971 to 1979. Part of the reason I love this song so much is because of their love story, though it did not last.

i have been looking for this song for more than 30 years , i used to listen to it on TV  when i was a kid and before i start learning English , i knew the signer , remember the rhythm but did not remember a word of the song ,i used to listen to whatever i find of Julio's to find it but no luck , yesterday i was listening to an album of Barry White and the music of the song were there , i recognized it , then i stated searching by Julio Iglesias love theme and her we go , i am  very happy . best music with amazing singer.

actually it's 1975 (got the vinyl, my mother used to cry listening to it when I was in elementary school). It's the Argentine edition, don't know if it exists under the same name everywhere. I also have an album by tom jones called "primer plano" (close up), whose tracklist I couldn't find elsewhere. Julio's album reached diamond (!!) in Argentina.

Never heard this before (God Bless YouTube) ... and now one of my all time fav's
