This is one of my favourite songs from Evanescence. Its lyrics are great, its melody is perfect. That lifting in the melody when the main theme appears... I love ballads and this one is a GREAT one. Evanescence is awesome.For Skyrim fans, like me, I always imagine this song with Serana and her father, in Dawnguard. Listen to the lyrics.

"and of i sleep just to dream of you, ill wake without you there" that reminds me of my father he has cancer and im not able to see him i know he will be gone. i always dream about him getting better, but i know it wont happen and one day ill wake up and he will be gone.... and my mom talked to me last week telling me to be prepared and we wont come back and i have been crying everynight i pray he will get better but i know it wont happen..... i dont want him to go.......... im 11 and i want him to stay alive forever...... but that wont happen....... i wish he didnt have cancer
