This song made me dream of every kind of fairy and elven fantasies. not knowing its title, I managed to record some of the ending part and asked around what the title of this song was, as if I were the one who was desperately seeking the sound of cuckoo, like Wordsworth's poem "to the cuckoo". Then I bought her best album "paint the sky with stars". that album became an every-night-lullaby for me.

My 3rd grade music teacher Ms. White played this wonderful masterpiece...I vaguely remember it being heard as background ambience during moments of silent study. I’ve always wanted to know who sang this and the name of the song. Enya is a legend and is in a league far above the 99.9% of musicians and singers who merely all sound the same regardless of genre in contrast to the uniqueness Enya’s voice and music embodies. Her music really is unique and it puts to shame how people in the industry manufacture garbage that we call music today when people could do so much better, lyrically and sonically. I love music that has soul and charm and Enya truly represents both.
