Okinawa - Montego - Baracoa are awesome songs. Most people will say are bad but a producer like me can realise that its really difficult to create sounds like this and do the perfect mixing and mastering on these. So guys dont be so judgemental cause they try to make something different. Peace and love . Check my channel though. I have my own songs and tutorials about fl studio in greek.

It's chilled but it's supposed to be, yes BLD make crazy club bangers, but this track is showing their diversity, the track is exactly what they were trying to achieve, chilled with a nice euphoric fitting happy drop. If you compare it to their other insane tracks you will find this doesn't have as crazy of a drop, and it isn't as hyped as others because it simply doesn't need one and isn't supposed to be hyped. Everything you hear is intentional :). I personally find it's one of those songs you listen once and it's nice, listen again and it's even better.
