Fell in love with this masterpiece the first time I listened to it a couple years ago. The music trapped my mind in a way, that I just couldn't help but playing it back again several times. Despite the fact that I probably had never heard it before, it did sound very familiar, like a piece of music I heard once in my dreams.Absolutely sure this video goes to my favourites.

This is a very basic and common chord progression. Exceptionally trite, even by Doga's standards. So in point of fact you _had_ heard it before. Countless times. And that's why it sounded familiar and made you feel the way it did. That's the whole point, really. That's the effect he was specifically after.
